職位描述
主要職責:
1、Assist BD team and site manager to fulfill marketing target and collect receivables on time
協助銷售團隊和倉庫經理完成經營指標任務并及時回收貨款。
1.1 Assist BD team and site manager to fulfill site business target and department marketing target.
協助銷售團隊和倉庫經理完成site經營任務,完成部門各種市場目標;
1.2 Carry out business development planning and new business development tasks.
參與業務拓展計劃并積極參與新業務的拓展;
1.3 Assist BD team and finance team to fulfill receivables on time
協助銷售團隊和財務團隊按時完成應收賬款到帳任務。
2、Communicate with and accept the assignments from the direct superviory management, finish the tasks on time
積極與領導溝通,主動接受直屬上級領導,落實業務工作計劃。
2.1 Organize and implement the links of marketing job, carry out marketing activities according to plans.
組織、落實各業務環節,按計劃進行日常業務活動;
2.2 Finish annual and quarterly marketing activity report (including customer information, market dynamics, market analysis, industry trend analysis, etc.), put forward business development proposals, collect accurate information about competitors and submit to management for reference
參與完成季度、年度業務工作報告(包括客戶情況分析、市場動態、市場分析、未來發展分析等),并提出業務拓展建議;搜集競爭對手的準確信息,及時提供給上級主管。
2.3 Explain to the customers the related laws, regulations and policies of the government on cold storage, advise customers and ask them to provide the necessary supporting documents
向客戶宣傳、解釋國家有關存儲商品的有關法律法規及政策,負責向客戶通報、追收有關客戶必須提供的證明文件。
2.4 Arrange the work of business development staff properly to ensure the efficiency
合理安排工作,使工作高效、有序;
2.5 Communicate with the document office in a timely way to master the latest information about the customers, report immediately to the management in case of any abnormal situation
及時與單證開票處聯系,及時了解客戶的最新情況,如有異常情況,立即向上級匯報;
2.6 Maintain the company image and the company brand
塑造公司形象,維護公司品牌。
3、Communicate with customers and sign business contracts
客戶聯系與合同簽訂。
3.1 Communicate with customers, keep close contact with customers, visit responsible customers at least once every 10 days and keep customer visiting records, feedback customer information to the management in a timely way
做好與客戶日常溝通和交流,保持密切聯系,了解客戶需求,處理客戶投訴;通過電話、登門等方式,進行客戶拜訪并做好拜訪記錄,及時向上級主管匯報。
3.2 Conduct research on customers for business negotiations (including customers' qualification, business license, working place and working surroundings, etc.)
進行業務洽談調查工作(包括客戶的資質評審、經營許可文件,辦公地址及辦公環境等);
3.3 Sign business contracts, identify customer requirements, ensure the contracts are legal, valid and timely
做好業務合同簽訂工作,識別客戶要求,按程序評審合同,確保合同的合法性及有效性、及時性;
3.4 Establish contract register
建立合同臺賬。
3.5 Take part in customer service project drafting.
參與客戶服務方案的擬定。
4、Collect and summarize customer information
整理和編制客戶資料。
4.1 Establish customer profiles
建立客戶檔案
5、Finish other assignments from the management. i.e. customers visiting and reception, different marketing activities and marketing information collecting.
完成上級主管臨時交辦的其他任務。如客戶拜訪安排與接待、參加各類市場展銷活動、市場訊息收集等
技能,知識及經驗:
1、Master degree in sales, logistic management and international trade or other related major is preferred.
大專以上學歷,市場營銷、物流管理、國際貿易等相關專業優先考慮;
2、3-year experience in customer service management. Experience in clod chain or logistic industry is preferred.
,3年以上客戶管理工作經驗,,具有冷鏈,物流行業工作經驗優先考慮;
3、Be familiar with Office software to make different files or sheet.
熟練使用Office辦公軟件制作各種文檔和報表;
4、Good command of both of spoken and written English.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
5、Effective communication skills, good ability of coordination and good sense of customer service.
具有優秀的溝通、協調能力,良好的客戶服務意識;
6、Excellent execution and planning ability and able to solve emergency issues.
具有優秀的執行力和統籌計劃能力,應變能力強,善于處理突發緊急事件;
7、Quick thinking and carefully, strong ability of insight and good data analysis ability.
思維敏捷,細致嚴謹,洞察力強,具有良好的數據分析能力;
