Main Duties:
1. To provide overall on-the ground support from the start of China immigration process until we obtain all the relevant immigration approvals for our individual and corporate clients as well as their accompanying family members. The scope includes timely response time on any queries or requests related to China immigration process and requirements, timely preparation of immigration documents and review all important information on work, residence, dependent and study visas / permits or any documents issued by the Authorities before returning to the client/assignees.
2. To provide briefing and advise the individual and corporate clients at the origin country, prior to arrival at the destination country, of the local governmental legislation regarding the application of the various work, residence, dependent and study visas/permits.
3. To coordinate between the destination and origin country locations to obtain any specific documentation required by the relevant government agencies at destination in respect of China visa and immigration matters.
4. To work and communicate closely with relevant internal departments i.e. Household Goods Moving, Relocation Services and Residential Services team to ensure smooth service delivery.
5. To follow all process, procedures and policies of internal work flows as determined by Management.
6. To learn and apply our in-house database technology and data system update on a daily basis.
Requirements:
6. College or above degree
7. Minimum 3~5 years’ experience on China immigration service or related field
8. Fluent English & Mandarin Chinese, as well as good computer skill such as Microsoft outlook, Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel etc. Additional foreign language is a bonus.
9. Fast learner, customer service oriented, careful, diligence, and with high sense of responsibility and high productivity.
10. Pleasant personality and good working attitude with positive initiative and strong sense of team spirit.
11. Have experience in managing large corporate accounts with minimum 100+ foreign employees and good general understanding of global mobility.
12. Must be willing to travel out of office to other government bureaus when necessary and other 2nd and 3rd tier cities.
