We are looking for a General Manager who will be the China Director of a European Group in Engineering Industry. The Managing Director will be responsible for the business development of the company in Energy Generation sector in Mainland China Area, as well as in international markets jointly with Chinese partners.

Requirements:
?Technical education background 理工科教育背景

?Experience in the electric generation sector (ideally in nuclear sector) in China. Deep understanding about the market. 有發電行業相關的工作經驗（核電行業優先），對市場有深刻的理解。

Responsibilities:
?Priority number one of the candidate would be to identify business opportunities in China for the products and services of the group, adapting the commercial offering to the local market if necessary, targeting mainly the electric generation sector (nuclear, conventional and renewable), also industrial in general.

?To be the image of the group in China, developing and maintaining relationships with the major clients, at the highest management level.

?Ideally the candidate is also able to manage and develop the Spanish group’s subsidiary in China, supported by the Group’s HQ when needed. To analyze, resize and define necessary resources to an optimum operational level of the subsidiary, supporting the development of the staff that is currently working in the local office.
