Totally 10 years of experience. Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in leading projects of Optimization of the Logistics Chain and Lean Manufacturing in large-sacle manufacturing companies (WFOE preferred); with more than 3 years of consulting and project management experience.

Requirements:

？有精益生產實施項目經驗，全面掌握精益生產管理知識及工具（價值流程圖，設備綜合效率，Lay-out，產線平衡率，TPM，6 SIGMA， SMED，5S等……）
？Experiences in production management, familiar with operation, quality management and logistics. Experience in Logistics Chain Management (Logistics Chain Synchronization, Planning/Programming, Internal and Distribution Logistics, Warehouse Optimization,...)
？有制造型企業生產管理經驗，熟悉生產運營，質量管理和物流。有供應鏈管理經驗（供應鏈同步、規劃、內部物流及配送、庫存優化等……）
？Commercial capacity. Development of commercial plans, realization of offers, direct dialogue with the client in the commercial activity. Capability to implement project independently. Have successful project experience.
？具備一定的商務能力。直接面對客戶，能及時發現客戶需求并制定項目開發計劃；具備獨立操作項目能力。有成功項目經驗。

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: 項目策劃
？Responsible for the planning of lean manufacturing consulting projects, evaluate the problem of customer and come up with professional consulting.
？負責客戶的精益生產咨詢方案策劃，診斷和評估客戶問題并提供專業的咨詢建議。

Project Implementation: 項目實施
？Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing projects. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the success of project implementation.
？主持實施精益生產項目，協調各部門，保證項目順利推進。

Project Development: 項目開發
？Be involved in the project development and commercial negotiations. Communicate with customer to understand the requirement, analyze the problem and make project plan.
？參與項目開發及商務談判。與客戶溝通了解實際需求，分析問題并制定有效的項目方案。
