職責描述：
1.Responsible for specific product group products in an assigned geographical area.
2.To increase sales and prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result.
3.Responsible for distributor sales performance in assigned geographic area.
4.Train distributor and/or OEM regarding new product application.
5.Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the specific product group products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
6.Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, owners and engineering company targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales.
7.Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis.
8.Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.

任職要求：
1.University degree majoring in pharmaceutical or equivalent.
2.Minimum 6 years sales experience in Pharmaceutical market, mix with technical background will be a plus
3.Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
4. English ability will be a plus.

Following that, it opened its Shenzhen office in 1998 and Beijing office in 1999. Finally its total investment reaches 30 million euro. The first phase and second phase of factory construction was completed in 2005 and 2009 respectively. The newest production line was put into full service use in June, 2009.
