職位要求：
- 有KA渠道管理及經銷商管理經驗1年以上，可以適應短期出差
- 有責任心，自律性強，對工作安排有很強的計劃性
- 溝通能力強，能獨立和門店主管溝通品牌陳列及促銷活動
- 對終端的銷售工作流程清晰了解(主要包括促銷員管理、產品促銷陳列申請、產品狀態及銷售狀況查詢、店內陳設更替、競品動態查詢等多方面內容)
- 常住上海或沈陽

工作職責：
- 了解品牌的價值觀文化，并有效地執行銷售策略
- 根據當季陳列圖的要求，負責終端賣場的常規牌面陳列
- 根據公司制定的促銷活動，完成促銷價格的維護和促銷活動的執行
- 管理好負責區域內的促銷員，激發其對工作的熱情
- 了解競爭品牌的銷售情況，提供競爭品牌在終端的上市及推廣活動
- 處理好門店的客勤,建立良好的品牌門店互助關系
