1.Contracting
a)Understand and check sales contract terms. Ensure the risk from contract terms is minimized and in line with Group guideline.
b)Communicate with segments to finalize contract terms, involve in customer negotiation when necessary;
c)Coordinate the authorized signatures in sales contracts.

2.Commercial Order Process
a)Work with Sales/Project team to prepare order plan calculation for new projects. Filing the order data sheet and prepare order confirmation;
b)Maintain sales orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner, such as order income booking, exchange rate input, etc.
c)Issue down payment request in SAP according to contract terms and project time line;
d)Process final invoice/billing in SAP and maintain credit days properly;
e)Monitor receipt of agreed payments /LC being due before shipment, including down payment and progress payment;
f)Organize AR review meeting with segment when necessary. Support segments to collect the payments.

3.Reporting
a)Monthly incoming payment projection for cash flow forecast;
b)Manage and distribute account receivable tracking and reporting;
c)Account credit check and control;

4.Others
Work with headquarter and KM subsidiaries for Inter-company issues;
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
