QUALIFICATION:
— University or College degree
— Self-motivated/energetic with good interpersonal skills
— Quick learner and open minded
— >1 year's experience in foreign pharmaceutical business will be an advantage

— 在外資藥企有1年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
— To communicate accurately and in a proper way with clients on products and related therapeutical area.
— To achieve sales target and listing target within the assigned period. Maintain client information correctly and up to date.
— To obtain assigned quantity of targeted clients’ support.
— To establish daily activities report and following up objective.
— To report on competitors activities and market situation.
— To expand and penetrate the market with both new and existing products.
— To possess good product knowledge and conduct properly use of promotional materials according to company training and requirements.
— To make use of all promotional materials i.e. product information, samples, promotional aids in an appropriate and honest way. This principle also applies to organizing/ participating in academic activities.
— Effectively spend academic expense in an appropriate way.
— To inform superior of customers’ requests or result of those requests or complaints; and inform customers on result of those requests or complaints promptly.
— To perform any additional tasks as requested.
— To coordinate and cooperate well with colleagues, stakeholders to facilitate business.
— To submit all required reports on time or in advance.

職責(zé):
— 以恰當(dāng)?shù)姆绞胶涂蛻魷?zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行關(guān)于產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)治療領(lǐng)域的溝通;
— 在設(shè)定的時(shí)間段內(nèi)完成銷售目標(biāo),列院目標(biāo)。保持客戶信息的真實(shí)性和隨時(shí)更新;
— 完成規(guī)定數(shù)量目標(biāo)客戶的支持;
— 完成銷售日報(bào)告和跟進(jìn)計(jì)劃;
— 匯報(bào)市場和競爭情況;
— 設(shè)計(jì)推廣新、舊產(chǎn)品,拓展和深入市場;
— 掌握產(chǎn)品知識,按公司培訓(xùn)和要求正確使用推廣資料;有效和正確使用推廣費(fèi)用;
— 以正確和誠實(shí)的方式使用產(chǎn)品資料、樣品以及推廣提示物等;同樣這一原則適用與組織和參加學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng);
— 及時(shí)向上級和客戶溝通客戶抱怨以及處理進(jìn)展;
— 和其他部門同事或相關(guān)利益者保持良好的協(xié)作;
— 按時(shí)或提前提交報(bào)告;
