職位描述
-Negotiating all businesses, that need to be negotiated with assigned customers on behalf of the BUs
-Developing and improving customer relations within the function and for dedicated customers
-Prepares customer visits and negotiations in line with BU's guidance on business cases and
relevant conditions given
-Executes the business negotiations
-Exercises the acquisition / quotation process of the BUs
-Keeps close information loops about status of acquisitions with BUs, and exercise stable reporting
into the BUF-S.
-Ensures the appropriate business admin tasks towards the customers
-Ensures seamless flow of information between sales resident function, Regional Sales and BUs
-Makes use of specific market and cultural networking and negotiation know-how
-Contributes market / customer / competitor knowledge to BU
-Permission to manage the assigned customer’s information
-Permission to manage cost & price related information
-Permission to manage the quotation of assigned customer under the approval by Bus
-Permission to manage the acquisition phase of new business of assigned customer
Major in major of sales & marketing or commercial related
Working experience: experience in marketing & sales related in automotive enterprises
Skills requirement: Good foreign language (English or German) capability, driving capability, interpersonal capability, information collection and analysis capability
