職位描述
目的:
在指定的銷售區域內增加和提升銷售數字,包括執行銷售策略和市場活動計劃,達到公司銷售金額和利潤指標。
主要工作范圍和職責:
- 在分配的區域內,提高銷售和服務的專注度,執行銷售計劃和策略。
- 管理區域內現有經銷商,提升經銷商專業能力,以增加現有經銷商相應的銷售額和利潤。
- 開發新的經銷商和或者拓展新的渠道,達到銷售額和利潤率的增長目標提供精準的銷售預測和計劃,
- 跟銷售計劃和物流部門一起來確保庫存的優化,跟財務部門合作,來確保客戶的應收帳款及時回款
- 在高級銷售代表的支持下,在所負責區域進行市場信息收集統計和分析,以協助富世華集團的業務增長目標
- 上級主管安排的其他工作任務
要求:
- 相關的教育或者工作背景 (大專或以上學歷), 最好有工科,機械或者工程類專業背景。..
- 普通話流利
- 商務英語基本讀寫能力,最好能簡單會話
- 優秀的銷售和業務開發能力
需要的技巧和個人能力:
- 良好的溝通技巧
- 影響客戶的能力
- 收集市場信息,了解市場的能力
- 最好具備在不同文化的環境中工作的經驗
