職位描述
In this role, you will:
- Initiate and lead projects/programmes which are fully aligned with global directions.
- Using a combination of process analysis and business analysis to ensure that process reviews deliver maximum benefit and practical.
- Identify production problems and implement solutions, recommending application of technology, deploying robust business and operation design.
- Maintain the robustness of business processes and leverage on partnership with IT to ensure service availability and accessibility by customers.
- Ensure effective project management processes and propose improvements/changes as required.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge
- Good understanding of project life cycle.
- Good understanding of insurance business services and operations.
- Awareness of project management tools and best practice techniques.
- Need to maintain knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks.
Experience
- Proven project management skills.
- Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability.
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems.
- Experience of managing project resources using appropriate communication and planning skills.
