職位描述
工作職責:
1. Assist CEO or President to facilitate implementation of corporate strategy, business plans and other policies in achieving corporate growth initiatives and targets;
2, establish corporate operational management mechanism in line with synergizing within the group;
3, establish the management guidelines and process for the group, and guide the implementation. Promote and help implementation of various management tools and mechanism;
4, draft solution plan and prepare change management in case of any external market or internal organizational change. Close monitor the execution of various operational management plans to enhance corporate efficiency level;
5, facilitate and promote enterprise operational management; implement corporate strategy and share value, continuous improving corporate culture;
6. Coordinate with external institutions and well maintain relationship otherwise.
任職要求:
1. master degree or above, candidates with overseas educational background, MBA and research experience are more than welcomed;
2, Strategic thinking with sharp business acumen;
3, more than 5 years’ experiences of project management; experiences in consultancy firms or well-known Internet Co is preferred;
4. familiar with the Internet industry;
5, strong logical thinking mind with analytical skill set and result- orientated; Could work independently to resolve problems;
6, excellent communication skill; could coordinate with cross functional teams with all level of stakeholders;
