職責描述：
?Monitor the quality management on production site.
?負責生產現場的質量管理工作.
?Coordinate daily audit, and follow & verify the corrective action.
?協調日常審核工作,跟進和驗證糾正措施.
?Coordinate the control of internal defect product, e.g. handling of internal non-conformity product, and corrective action’s follow up.
?協調內部缺陷產品的控制,如處理內部不合格品以及糾正措施的跟進.
?Responsible for archive of inspection record and document, and maintain the software of shift report
?負責檢驗記錄和文件的歸檔管理,以及檢驗報告的系統維護.
?Participate in dealing with customer complaints, and issue 8D report.
?參與處理客戶投訴及撰寫8D報告.
?Participate in quality improvement, and follow & verify the improved or corrective action
?參與質量改善工作,負責跟進和驗證改善/糾正措施等.
?Finish other temporarily tasks arranged by the manager.
?完成上級交辦的其他臨時性工作.
任職要求：
?Bachelor or above degree本科學歷
?Major in Electronic, engineering etc.電子，工程或相關專業
?Above 3 years related exprience 3年以上相關工作經驗
?Attended the training of SPC, FMEA and PPAP etc接受過 SPC，FMEA ，PPAP的培訓
?Familiar with quality management method and the requirement of the quality management system熟悉質量管理工具和質量管理體系要求
?Have quality management knowledge, familiar with quality management criterion具備質量管理知識，熟悉質量管理規范
