Job Description:
Responsibilities: Keep recruitment procedure updated as quality management required Make recruiting needs planning and status reports, data analysis to management Conduct the effective interviews Sourcing correspond to the ambitious organization development, vendor management including headhunters, job sites and other resources Maintain recruitment database / tracking system Support campus recruitment and company branding Staying updated on the employment laws and regulations Being flexible for other HR related work, experience on training as a plus
Job Requirements:
Qualification: You hold an academic degree and at least 5 years experience of working with HR recruiting function, preferably with an international company. You are familiar with all details in Chinese staff and employment laws and stay updated on the latest news and changes. You have comprehensive experience and knowledge of HR related tasks, supporting your company’s management. You possess keen communication skills in both written and spoken English, and it is no challenge for you to conduct telephone conversations in English. You communicate well with people both internally and externally. You take a structured approach to your work and being responsible comes natural to you. You are service-minded, outgoing and interested in establishing a long-term working relationship. Working hours are flexible but usually 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
