職位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Design and implement Total Rewards strategy and continuous growth, particularly, design job leveling hierarchy; manage salary surveys, annual salary increase planning, co-ordinate local bonus plan, long term incentive programs, etc. under the C&B governance framework of company.
2.Lead/participant in C&B related HR/company programs and provides practical solutions as a key role of CoE and SME.
3.According to company performance and market trend, set up the annual salary budget and quarterly analysis to predict the relevant cost analysis to support business continuous growth.
4.Review the effectiveness and competitiveness of C&B policies and programs and identify current and future rewards needs, partner with HR & business to deliver appropriate solutions to support talent strategy and business strategy.
5.Coaches, counsels, and educates functional partners or business partners on C&B polices, processes, programs, and strategies.
Minimum Qualification:
?5-8 years working experience in C&B area and be familiar with large-scale C&B project design;
?Be familiar with compensation design and compensation survey methods and processes, organized system formulation, optimization and other related case experience;
?Good ability of data analysis is a must.
?Bachelor Degree or above, Good written and oral English.
? Consultant background is a plus
