Key Responsibilities:
?Leads key initiatives for Walmart China cross-border ecommerce team such as the direct mail project.
?Builds and optimize business processes for business expansion projects
?Maintains key relationships with international partners such as Walmart US and domestic partners such as JD.
?Utilizes business acumen to build new businesses processes and models to achieve KPI targets.
?Manages and owns the new B2B business model
You must be able to:
?Quickly adapt to new business goals and regulatory changes.
?Resourcefully problem solve for small and large problems.
?Strategic thinking and thinking strategically.
?Manages a small team with big tasks while building a positive rapport.
?Speak, Write and Read in English and Mandarin Chinese.
