Job Summary & Objectives
? Be responsible for the company's consolidation and management reporting in general accounting operation.
Main Duties
? Supervise an accounting team to ensure compliance with PRC accounting and tax laws and regulations;
? Liaise and coordinate with accounting teams in other regions in China for proper consolidation;
? Understand international financial reporting standards ("IFRS") and be able to report local financial data under IFRS requirements to overseas head office;
? Perform regular budgets/forecasts and monitor effectiveness of financial controls.
Knowledge & skill:
? Being able to communicate in written English;
? Being proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Education, qualification & special training:
? Being an undergraduate with formal PRC accounting professional training.
Experience:
? Having at least with one to two years of managerial experience supervising a team of five to six members, preferably in foreign-invested enterprises or multinational corporations;
? Being preferably with retail and/or FMCG industry experience - hands on experience in stock counts, running of retail stores, etc.
