Required :
?AV 2-3 years experience supervising or leading AV support operations in a global enterprise environment
?2-3 years experience supporting enterprise level events
?Ability to travel
?Intermedeate webcasting/webinar broadcast experience.
?Incident management
?Excellent communications skills, proactive, team player and process & procedure oriented with outstanding customer service skills
?Experience working in an Executive environment
?Demonstrate problem solving skills
?Experience within a customer-facing role
?Understanding of basic network and voice
?Extensive experience with modern day collaboration technologies and corporate AV essentials – projection, audio conferencing, video conferencing, web conferencing, streaming,Skype for Business, Zoom and general desktop support
?Experience with major AV manufacturers (Crestron, Polycom, Barco, etc)
?Experience with integrated audio systems (wireless mics, sound reinforcement, etc)
?Extensive experience with comprehensive AV deployments, and support management
?Extensive experience with Polycom infrastructure and endpoints (ex. Group Series)
?Project management experience
?Extensive bridge operator experience
?Working experience within corporate environment
?Experience with ticket management systems (ex. Remedy, Service Now, etc)
?Knowledge management and documentation experience
