Level 2 On-Site
?AV 2-3 years’ experience supervising or leading AV support operations
?Ability to travel
?Strong proactive and reactive incident management skills
?Excellent communications skills, proactive, team player and process & procedure oriented with outstanding customer service skills
?Strong experience working in an Executive environment
?Extensive experience within a customer-facing role
?Strong understanding of basic network and voice
?Strong experience with modern day collaboration technologies and corporate AV essentials – projection, audio conferencing, video conferencing, web conferencing, streaming,Skype for Business, and desktop support
?Strong experience with major AV manufacturers (Crestron, Polycom, Barco, etc)
?Strong experience with integrated audio systems (wireless mics, sound reinforcement, etc)
?Extensive experience with comprehensive AV deployments, and support management
?Extensive experience with Polycom infrastructure and endpoints (ex. Group Series)
?Project management experience
?Extensive bridge operator experience
?2-3 years working experience within corporate environment
?Expert experience with ticket management systems (ex. Remedy, Service Now, etc)
?Knowledge management and documentation experience

?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Leadership
?Exceptional listening skills
