職位描述
Technical and functional support, maintainance and development of applications supporting business processes in the Life Science industry. Maintain service level and KPI as agreed with customers. Obtaining feedback from customer requirements, issues and technical solutions adhering to regulatory incident/change management system.
Your working time will be distributed approximately according to the percentages shown below:
80 % Technical and functional support and development of relevant applications including testing activities and documentation
10 % Business development (Services, products and concepts)
5 % Department internal activities
5 % Personal education and development
Incident and problem management in accordance with ITIL framework
-Execution of configuration and development activities in accordance with our
Quality management guidelines (QMIT) or externally defined regulatory requirements
-Test activities and documentation
-Methodology and quality assurance
-Reporting to application- or project manager or other stakeholders on progress
-Working closely with both customer and end user to ensure their business running well
-Contributing to continuously developing our services and propositions
development (e.g. sales presentations, one-pagers, developing concepts)
-Personal development, i.e. recommending and taking responsibility for personal business, competency and development targets and activities
-Personal administration, i.e. time registration, expense reporting, etc.
Key performance indicators
As a technical consultant your key performance indicators will include:
-Invoicable targets
-Customer satisfaction (EVALGO, KPIs or other evaluations)
-Internal project appraisal (EVALGO or other evaluations)
-Education targets
-Competency targets
Invoicable and sales targets are agreed upon as part of your annual targets, and
based on your competency level.

職位要求(Job Requirements):
1.A bachelor degree or equivalent and min. 5 years of work experience.
2.Excellent team work sprit and collaboration skills.
3.Excellent communication skill, good writing and speaking in English
4.Good service mind set, have ability to build trust with others fast.
5.Experience with PL/SQL scripting, Java development
6.Familiar with the operation on Oracle database and Windows server
7.IT development and test experience with Pharmaceutical background is preferred.
8.LIMS experience is preferred
9.PMP, ITIL V3 are preferred
This position will require you to work on European time for most of the time. You should be available for working at European time.
