Service Delivery Assistant
The SDA will be responsible for supporting SDM with administrative and coordinating tasks. You will take the responsibilities of coordinator role within NNIT delivery organisation to ensure high quality services.
Responsibility
1.Coordinator on development and maintenance of Operational Manual including changes, QMIT uploads etc.
2.Detail Documentation. Structuring and uploading to customer Portal site.
3.Internal Documentation. Structuring site.
4.Coordinator on monthly reporting to customer, drafting the monthly reporting
5.Facilitator of customer meetings
6.Coordinator of tasks and work orders
7.Internal followup
8.Project coordinator on various customer and internal task to support SDM
9.Assist SDM in maintenance of CRM and AX data
10.Assign time registration line to employees
11.Invoicing
12.Optimise the process and continual service improvement
13.Assist Service Delivery Management team in developing service management in general and misc. administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in computer science or business administration or relevant field.
Have knowledge and experience on IT operations (min. 2 years).
Must be able to:
14.Communicate fluently in English, orally and written
15.Interact and communicate professionally with customer and internally
16.Deal with situations of pressure, and show flexibility towards peak workloads or urgent assignment
17.Good analytical and detail oriented
18.Show initiative, proactive, responsible and self-managed in relation to tasks
19.Experienced and knowledgeable in ITIL foundation, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, Remedy
