職責描述:
Main Responsibilities
Consistently engage with existing and new customers for presales opportunities
- Lead the planning and execution of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Manage project scope/budget/schedule/resource/
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
-- Establish and nurture productive working relationships with appropriate customer, business units and external parties, to develop business success
- Coach junior staff and provide input/assistance based on related experience and expertise.
- Support team objectives and activities as well as personal job-related skill development and career-growth
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
任職要求:
1 7+ years IT background working experience and at least 3+ years experiences in PM roles. e-Commerce field PM experience is required.
2. Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in project management including project initiative, schedule management, scope management, cost management, resource management, communication management, risk management, etc.
3. Pro-active and show initiative when dealing with complicated decision or conflicts
4. Experience in online trade platform operation is a very good plus.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good English skill both in oral and writing
7. Good leadership and management skills
8. Good at team work and self-motivation.
9. Prefer the bachelor above degree in Engineering / Science / Computer/Mathematics subject.
10. Practical or team coaching experiences of Agile development (Scrum etc)
11. Experience in mobile application project in advanced.
