Role & Responsibility:
As a Business System Analyst, the person should be responsible for:
?Proactively engage with Nike finance planning stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge
?Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams
?Provide consulting services, communicate, and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business demand
?Effectively communicate with cross functions team and Nike Tech team. Be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech Team
?Working with develop team to monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable.

Minimum Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.
?＞5 years working experience in IT business analyst or system analyst role
?Understand fundamental IT application architecture
?Experienced with BI solution and platform
?Retail industry knowledge is a plus
?Solid written skill in English and oral communication skills in Mandarin
?Quick leaner, good interpersonal skill, multi-task capability.
