職位描述
This role is objective to plan & execute China GB team marketing strategy actives. He/ she would support Country level management to build the company’s brand, and drive business growth.
Also, the role is targeted to take China GB sales team admin leadership role. He/she would play as a critical portal to improve admin team operation performance.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and plan market coverage to reach target audiences relevant to business development and revenue objectives
2. Develop and execute marketing and communications campaigns which help develop clients, build the company’s brand, and drive growth objectives.
3. Identify and map industry trends; market environment; competitor analysis and provide insights on unique selling points for continuous development.
4. Manage a library of marketing content, including portfolios, images, videos and inter-active demos. Ensure organization and dissemination of content and regular updates in concert with major events and opportunities.
5. Champion the company brand internally and externally through communications initiatives. Ensure online presence including Multilanguage websites, social media, advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
6. Working closely with the business development and delivery teams to ensure we capture the hearts of the audience and translate to actionable business development pipeline.
7. Cover the sales admin team leader role to assist management & business team to follow the internal operation process to ensure & improve operation performance
8. Work with sales team closely for timely & accurate sales data analyst or report in system like: CRM
9. Work directly with China Director assisting with business and/or personal matters
Requirements
1. University degree or above. Major in marketing related
2. At least 5-8 years’ experience in marketing related job in IT industry.
3. MNC experience is much preferred.
4. 1-2 years’ people management experience is preferred.
5. Actions and results oriented; can work & willing to take initiatives under high pressure
6. Good communication skills in both Chinese & English (Oral & Written)
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
8. To manage multi-task by planning, organizing and establishing priorities.
9. Ability to build partnerships across functions
10. Strong marketing activity organization capability
11. Strong writing skill, including the ability of drafting business documents, meeting minutes, etc.
