職位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance existing customers and identifying new opportunities, generating new business and revenue growth while providing total customer satisfaction, and selling NCS Swift products and services.
2. Execute contract renewals, price negotiation and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business.
3. Use local and global cross-functional contacts. Utilize SAP, CRM database to manage customer information that will increase effectiveness and aid sales.
4. Manage all activities with related customers in CRM system, collect and maintain customer information, product information in the system.
5. Maintain relationship with existing accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Do data analysis. Provide necessary system information, sales data to sales.
Professional Skill Requirements:
1. First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Marketing, Economics.
2. 2+ years of experience in a complex sales environment where there is a solution based selling approach. At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales Assistant
3. Good English both in speaking and writing. Fluent oral English is a plus.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal and coordination skills.
5. Good skills with experience of using Office.
6. Customer focus, with strong motivation to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
7. Willing to travel within China.
