崗位職責:
· Screen and download CVs
· Make phone calls to candidates and invite them for interviews
· Communicate with HR and senior managers, and arrange interviews according to their schedule
· Book meeting rooms via online system
· Generate a bi-weekly report on the recruitment progress
· Assist with other recruitment activities
· Other HR-related tasks
· 篩選并下載簡歷·
· 與應聘者進行面試邀請
· 根據管理層時間安排面試
· 線上預訂面試間
· 制作招聘進度周報
· 協助其他招聘活動
· 其他人事相關的工作
任職要求:
· Good command of oral and written in English and Chinese.
· A team player who is detail-oriented, flexible and quick to learn, and also has with good communication skills.
· Good computer skills
· HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must
· 流利的中英文書寫與表達能力
· 良好的溝通能力,注重細節,靈活思維,有團體意識
· 良好的計算機能力
· 有人力資源相關經驗者優先
