Job Description
- Sales Operation
Sales pipeline review and update status of opportunities
Win workshop for strategic/big deals
Win/Lost review
Weekly pipeline review, including per event request by SLs
Monthly sales team review
Monthly APAC pipeline reporting
Monthly sales performance tracking
Sales performance for sales commission
Rainbow process up-to-date and communication timely
Manage documentation of whole lifecycle, pursuit/strategy/solution/offer/contract/WBS
Sales orientation on working process, organization
Regular training on portfolio, best practice sharing, new initiatives
Account plan/profile tracking
Sales Team Support
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, fresh graduates or within 1 year work experience will be accepted
Good English communication skill,
Highly organized, detail oriented, maintain flexibility, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Accounting, financial management or legal major is preferred.
