崗位職責：
1.負責自媒體平臺：今日頭條、搜狐、網易、鳳凰等企業號運營與維護，并積極開發拓展新的新媒體推廣渠道。
2.跟蹤各平臺的推廣效果，分析數據并反饋。運用有效的運營手段提升用戶的活躍度、增加粉絲量及平臺關注度，確保推廣效果及廣度。
3.配合公司微信、微博、網站及相關媒體推廣宣傳。
4.協助完成部門其他相關工作。
崗位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上學歷，1年以上工作經驗。
2.熟悉App、微信、微博等新媒體的傳播規律，對新媒體傳播領域充滿熱情。
3.能熟練操作H5、視頻制作軟件者優先。
4.有一定的文字功底，可針對各媒體平臺風格對既有文章進行潤色修改。
5.思維敏捷、活躍，具有敏銳捕捉熱點事件、策劃熱點話題文章的能力。
6.具有良好的溝通能力及團隊協作能力。
