Key Responsibilities:
? Drive Biopharm business growth by providing value proposition to customer, identifying key portfolio improvement points, exploring potential opportunities, developing fit-for-use application solutions and building up KOLs as well as regulation maker collaboration.
? Build customer allegiance by providing high-quality application and product technical support for sales and customers to help lead generation and increase case win-rate.
? Organize effective sales training to improve sales/dealers competency.
? Work cooperatively across function to achieve shared ive of CMD.
? Lead team to achieve success and develop team as well as team members.
任職要求:
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
? Master or above in subjects related to analytical chemistry or biological chemistry.
? >5 years hands-on lab experience as well as >3 years working experience in mass spectrometry instrument industry, working experience in Biopharm industry would be preferred.
? Ambition in driving business growth and team development.
? Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese.
? Good communication skills and team work spirit.
