Contract Management, manage sales contract review process, submission for approval and chopping finally
Handle customer complaints (replacement/RMA)
Support and follow up samples and demos process from customer and TS
Cooperate with Fin to chase the payment, credit hold
Assist sales manager on related quotations, invoices, documents and weekly /monthly report
Lead the sales support team to well support sales team.
Keep good communication with cross-function department
Quarterly pipeline and revenue forecast management.
Others tasks or assign subject to business requirement.

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience in sales support field
Good communication skills
Logical and result-oriented mind
Preferred Qualifications:
Good Oral English
Positive thinking & Proactive attitude
