We’re looking for an insightful market intelligence analyst to join MI function in Corporate Marketing Department- Strategic Market Developing Team. Market intelligence function is aiming for timely providing insightful intelligence to internal stakeholders for new business opportunity generation and for enhancing our understanding of business environment. Together with Sr. Market Intelligence manager, the role will be responsible for tracking macro & market trends, monitoring publishing of important government policy, market/competition intelligence gathering through 1st hand and 2nd hand channels & reporting out, supporting research projects and Adhoc market intelligence studies.

Reporting to: Sr. Market intelligence manager

Responsibilities
1)Via desk research mainly, proactively gathering intelligence from day to day practice, analyzing and generating market intelligence reports based on internal stakeholders’ requests. Frequently used desk research sources include but not limit to: Government websites, industry websites, Searching engine, internal database, external database, social media, 3rd party data etc.
2)Support Market macro and /Competition Mekko Chart maintenance and update
3)Support market and competitor research project
4)Support periodic management reporting from MI function

Qualifications
1)Solid experience in B2B Market intelligence, preferred experience in scientific research equipment industry, life science/ Material science/ Chemical science education highly preferred
2)Good business acumen and fast learner
3)Can do attitude, Self-initiator, and Be a good team p
4)Can work with ambiguity and deliver quality results on time
5)Analytical and good at data mining in Excel, PowerPoint etc., C++ language would be plus
6)Fluent Oral/Written English communication
