To provide technical direction and support to custom services and projects. Facilitate the information flow among customers, sales, operations, marketing and customer service. Provide quality technical support to ensure that customers receive accurate advice on product usage.
Responsibilities:
?Provide high-quality support such as technical proposal, experiment design and so on in the field or by phone.
?Capture the new business opportunities that satisfy the growth of the related territories.
?Maintain a high level of expertise in analysis and troubleshooting to the complex application problems of HCA, microscopy and flow cytometry.
?Present the technical seminars to customers and colleagues, occasionally provide support at scientific congresses.
?Strong track progress against penetration of all new customers.
?Must deliver against quarterly revenue target.
?Must deliver against critical business ives.
?Be able to interact at all levels of the internal and external organization but also be a driver for the products that Life Technologies sells and will be responsible for technically positioning the solutions vs. competitive products to efficiently achieve the sales quota.

Qualifications:
?PhD degree major in Cell Biology, Immunology or the equivalent knowledge and industry、functional experience.
?General knowledge and hands-on experience of cell analysis, e.g. immunoassays, Imaging, HCA, microscopy, flow cytometry, and cell based functional study, etc.
?Proven ability to digest large amounts of new and complex technical information in a short time
?Business development mindset is a must. Must have hunter mind set and ability to creatively solve customer problems with flexible solution
?Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent communication skill to deal with the scientific communication with customers
?Requires a minimum of 1 year work experience Experience with technical service, customer service and teaching or public speaking are preferred.
?Knowledge and ability to analyze and solve technical issues while maintaining a customer focus.
?Good written and reading English communication skills are essential
?Self-motivated and ability to work independently
