What are my responsibilities?
?Prepares, delivers and monitors routine and special education programs for internal and external participants, to ensure transfer of knowledge on our products. The incumbent provides training in the operation, maintenance, calibration, workflow and troubleshooting of products to new/experienced internal and external participants. This training ranges from basic to expert level
? Participates on product teams as a customer advocate. In response to new technology, must contribute to the formulation of new education programs and work with internal sources to create material and content
?Continuously monitors the effectiveness of the training programs and works with team members to maintain and modify training programs and materials to assure adherence to adult learning principles and trainer competencies as required. It is the responsibility of the incumbent, to verify that all modifications which are made for a learning program are reviewed and released by all Trainers who work on the same subject
?Maintains equipment and facilites in such a manner as to be conducive to the learning situation. Is responsible for routine maintenance and updates / upgrades of classroom systems to maximize learning and present a positive image of company products
? Responsible for understanding the Quality Management System. Incumbent needs to integrate their knowledge of the quality policy and business ives into their work. Incumbent is required to meet all Quality Management System requirements for the functional group and the company. A key responsibility of this position is to ensure that their area of responsibility meets current medical device regulations and quality standards
?The incumbent may make the following kinds of decisions without the approval of management: classroom management, development of education aids to support programs. Education interventions based on uations, like new revisions of course modules are made with management guidance and support
What do I need to qualify for this position?
?Analyze and interpret pre- and post-training client data, to uate effectiveness of the training. Must be prepared to quickly implement changes based on the analyses.
?uate blended learning methods for delivering training and information that results in improved effectiveness, efficiency, cost savings and/or shortened time out of the field required for training.
?Ability to assess the training situation at any given point and recommend mid-course corrections based on the audience dynamics.
?Expert technical knowledge of training system and be able to train to all aspects of the instrumentation including operations, maintenance, software and hardware troubleshooting
?Thorough understanding of Workflow, system or laboratory practices and procedures
?Ability to deal effectively with people and maintain rapport with customers and employees is essential.
? Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
?Strong written and oral communication skills in local and english language required.
