What are my responsibilities?
1. Full responsibility of the SSMR customer center to host customer visits
-Maintaining our MR demo systems and workstations in the customer center
-In this role you will demonstrate MR products during customer visits in order to provide support to our local and global sales tream
2. Responsibility of our MRI demo systems for trade shows
3. You will support and lead internal ?Bootcamp“ workshops
4. You will accompany and support during customer site visits
5. Supporting the Marketing and R&D team with deep Application now-How to improve and further develop our products and software solutions to fulfil customer needs
6. As an MR application expert you will support and perform internal system tests. Representing the customer perspective during the testing to ensure SSMR MR products fulfill our Siemens quality standards and customer needs
7. Support of outbound marketing during product introduction with application and system expertise
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. At least 3 years of clinical MR experience as technician, radiologist or application specialist can be proven
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Communication skills both in Chinese and English
4. You own very good knowledge and experience in the field of MR technology, applications, post-processing and workflows
5. You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment
6. You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
7. Willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions is available
8. You show team orientation, presentation skills, communication skills and customer orientation
