職責描述:
Support director to deal with daily work.
1.Assist the line manager and team for the daily administration and file management,translate email and file.
2.Book flight ticket & hotel , prepare travel application and reimbursement
3.Coordinate to prepare the office basic need like computer and seat for new staff
4.Maintain BPC system and related project management system
5.Arrange project team regular meeting and appointment,take meeting minute
6.Other administration work assigned from project manager
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 2 years sales admin working experience of multinational company is preferable.
3. Good command of MS Office, Excel and PPT for data analysis and sales report
4. Highly verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as good command of English
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill,a dedicated team p,eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, proactive
