Responsibilities:
? Assistance in development, implementation, enforcement and controlling of ICP together with HC ECC Rules & Regulations team.
? Development, implementation and enforcement of export control guidelines and process flows under collaboration with HC ECC NEA Business Support and ECC Ambassadors of each legal entity
? "Advice, guidance and support to HC legal entities regarding Export Control issues, including:
- preparation of documents for government authority’s official inquiries and audits
- Organization of Export Control processes within HC ECC NEA
- Permanent information update to employees related to Export Control
- Involvement in the process of checking end use and end user, according to Export Control guidelines
- Decisions arising from DAMEX checks
- Preparation and handling of export licenses as well as fulfilment of license conditions

? Develop strategies for export control program changes (internal and external)
? Monitor and uate regulatory changes (national laws / requirements) for ICP implementation
? Define requirements for training program and conduct training in assigned areas of responsibilities.
? Define requirements for internal review program and perform reviews according to HC ECC strategy and plan.
? "Define requirements and provide support for export control tools and solutions (SAP related, DAMEX, Gloria, Lacos, etc.) and monitor implementation."

Qualifications:
? Extensive and solid knowledge of Export Control regulations, including US EAR, EUR export control regulation, China specific Export Control regulation etc. Knowledge of Export Control reguation in Taiwan and Hongkong is a plus.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
? Ability to work with global team and cross function team under pressure with proactive and self-motivated manner.
? Strong PC skill, especially with strong presentation skill.
? Experience in AmberRoad operation or Customs IT solution is a plus.
? Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English.
? Bachelor degree or above in international trade/Legal or relevant major.
