1.Create, maintain application training information for newly sold equipments with high quality
2.Ensure the quality, usefulness and timeliness of Operational Reporting including training & support completion rate, CAS capacity utilization ratio report
3.Maintain the outsourcing database (Aplan) system with application training related information and update notification information
4.Perform standard operational process and prepare standard operational sheets. Monitor operational process and work methods and collect, compile and analyse operational data to identify opportunitites to improve operational process
5.Classroom training trace and revenue recognition follow up.
6.Training related reporting preparation and analysis
7.Other operation or related projects or tasks assigned by director APP

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years working experience in order managment, finance related and sales operation etc.
- Good konwledge of finance and accounting
- Good organization and cmmunication skills internally and externally
- Excellent analystics and learning capability
- Good team p, self- driven, can work independently and under stressful conditions someties
- Strong office skills and office softward skills (especially Excel), SAP know how is big plus
- Fluent English skill both written and oral
