崗位職責:
1、公司提供優質客戶資源，通過電話及面訪向學員推薦國際財經課程及解決方案，完成公司既定的銷售指標。（無需開發客戶，無需外出）
The company will provide high-quality customer resources, through the phone and interview to recommend the international top financial courses and solutions for the students, and complete the companys established sales targets.
2、保持與顧客學員的良好溝通與聯系，協助項目負責人做好各部門的溝通
keep good communication with the students and contact, assist the project leader to have a good communication with the Department.

任職要求：
1、專科及以上學歷，1年以上教育培訓行業經驗者優先；
College degree or above, more than 1 years of education and training industry experience is preferred
2、熱情開朗，積極主動，具備專業的銷售技巧和良好的創造能力；
Warm and cheerful, proactive, with professional sales skills and good ability to create
3、優秀的溝通表達能力，普通話標準，親和力強；
Excellent communication skills, standard Mandarin, strong affinity
4、工作勤奮，心態樂觀，抗壓力強，具有良好的學習能力和應變能力；

5、有強烈的客戶服務意識及團隊合作能力；

薪資提成：
Salary commission:
無責任底薪+季度獎金+高額無上限銷售提成
Basic salary + quarterly bonus + High Commission without limit
2016年度員工月薪平均1W-1.5W， 80%員工月薪過萬！
2016 annual staff average salary is 1W-1.5W, 80% employees a monthly salary of over ten thousand!
