崗位職責：1、負責學校人力資源部門日常運作的順利進行；2、根據學校的發展，組織制定招聘、培訓、績效、薪酬考核等人力資源管理的方針、政策和制度，并執行相關管理制度及政策的落實；3、負責收集、整理和匯總人力資源數據，進行數據分析，指標解讀，并提供意見；4、在人力資源戰略規劃、人才發現與引進方面向決策層提供專業建議，全面提高綜合管理水平，控制人力成本；5、搭建人才培養體系，保障組織高速發展；搭建文化體系，保證組織健康持續發展；6、協調各部門之間的工作與關系，建立有效的內部工作機制；7、熟悉外籍事務管理， 包括不限于外教工作許可及簽證相關的政策法規及辦理流程、員工關懷、員工關系處理等；8、維護完整、健全的工作人員檔案系統9、完成上級交辦的其他事務。任職要求：1. 本科及以上學歷，人力資源，英語等相關專業；2. 精通英語，優秀的英文聽說讀寫能力；3. 有5年以上國際學校人力資源管理經驗；優秀的外籍事務管理經驗；4. 熟悉外籍工簽的工作流程和運作方式，能獨立解決復雜的人事管理實際問題，具有較強的溝通協調能力、人際交往能力，團隊寫作和解決問題的能力；5. 有良好的溝通協調能力，數據分析能力，嚴謹，仔細，有抗壓力，富有責任心，6. 熟悉HR軟件及辦公軟件的使用。
