Main Accountabilities:1. Answering and recording the enquiries from potential students and parents.2. Following up enquiries and keeping track for the progress of enquiry being addressed.3. Meeting with potential students and parents, giving introduction of the school and collecting feedback from them.4. Handling application process, guiding the students/parents through material preparation, submission and other work related to application.5. Collecting data regarding application, submission, the data for the sake of tracking submission progress and adjusting submission strategy.6. Any other job or function given to you by the person to whom you report.崗位職責(zé):1. 回答和記錄潛在學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的咨詢2. 跟進(jìn)學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)咨詢的問題及其處理的進(jìn)度3. 與有意向的學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)會(huì)面,介紹學(xué)校及收集其反饋意見4. 辦理入學(xué)申請(qǐng)手續(xù),指導(dǎo)學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)材料、提交入學(xué)申請(qǐng)等相關(guān)工作5. 收集入學(xué)申請(qǐng)?zhí)峤坏臄?shù)據(jù),跟蹤申請(qǐng)進(jìn)度,調(diào)整提交方案;6. 上級(jí)交代的其他工作。Requirements:1. High proficiency in spoken and written English.2. Fluent oral and written Korean.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness, and openness for an international environment in a Chinese landscape.4. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and parents.5. Effective command of common PC and Mac productivity tools.6. Service-oriented, detail-oriented with good organization skills.7. Quick learner, supportive with a hands-on, can-do attitude Reliable and responsible, enable to work with flexibility and patience. Ability to work in a multi-cultural community8.
