一、崗位職責：1、根據(jù)公司市場戰(zhàn)略需求、品牌定位以及目標客戶群體分析，負責新媒體平臺的整體品牌日常運營推廣及策劃工作（包括但不限于官網(wǎng)、公眾號、微博、抖音、快手、B站等），對市場熱點保持關注，快速反饋、制定話題宣傳，產(chǎn)出具傳播影響力和市場推廣價值的內(nèi)容策劃文案輸出、線上及線下活動策劃方案，實現(xiàn)目標客戶群體數(shù)量的增長和引流；2、能夠獨立分析并整理自己負責的品牌運營數(shù)據(jù)，跟蹤推廣效果，撰寫運營報告，同時收集、分析其他新媒體運營的優(yōu)秀案例和數(shù)據(jù)，為公司運營策略提供有效依據(jù)，根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析及時調(diào)整內(nèi)容策略，以提升客戶閱讀品質(zhì)，增加客戶黏性為導向產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容；3、熟悉主流新媒體各平臺玩法，包括但不限于微信公眾號、抖音、微信視頻號等；二、任職要求：1、 28-35歲，本科及以上學歷，市場營銷、廣告學、新聞學、媒介傳播學等專業(yè)者優(yōu)先；2、對時下新媒體傳播熱點敏感，并具備能融通應用熱點傳播的思維；3、 能夠準確捕捉公司行業(yè)優(yōu)勢和產(chǎn)品亮點，挖掘用戶痛點、品牌調(diào)性后輸出策劃思路；4、 文字功底扎實，語言表達能力生動、簡練，有創(chuàng)新，思維敏捷，洞察力強；5、具備良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，有強烈的責任心，有激情，有進取心，有較強的團隊合作精神。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was managed in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.Victoria Park Academy is an IB School that integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies. It immerses Chinese educational traditions with inquiry-based learning. The Academy offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language.
