崗位職責(zé):1. 在IB框架內(nèi),能夠統(tǒng)籌小學(xué)融合課程的實(shí)施,包括國(guó)家課程與PYP融合的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和指導(dǎo)。2. 能夠統(tǒng)籌中文部門(mén)的重要學(xué)?;顒?dòng),如國(guó)慶日、新年慶祝等,確?;顒?dòng)的順利進(jìn)行。3. 具備管理中文部門(mén)不同年級(jí)會(huì)議、備課、評(píng)估、平臺(tái)記錄、功課等實(shí)施情況的能力。 4. 具備開(kāi)發(fā)和提升一系列中文校本教材的技能,確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量、學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)和連貫性。5. 作為學(xué)科主管,能夠支持學(xué)校的開(kāi)放日、新生面試、招聘等活動(dòng),積極參與并提供支持。6. 具備教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,能夠參與教師觀課與反饋,與學(xué)校管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,參與教師評(píng)估的相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)。任職資格:1. 擁有相關(guān)學(xué)科的教育背景和資格證書(shū)。2. 具備豐富的小學(xué)中文教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并對(duì)國(guó)家課程和PYP有深入了解。3. 具備很強(qiáng)的組織和管理能力,能夠有效地統(tǒng)籌和協(xié)調(diào)中文部門(mén)的各項(xiàng)工作。4. 具備良好的溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力,能夠與教師、學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)建立積極的合作關(guān)系。5. 具備教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)教師的能力,能夠提供有效的觀察和反饋,并支持教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展。6. 具備良好的時(shí)間管理和問(wèn)題解決能力,能夠應(yīng)對(duì)各種挑戰(zhàn)和緊急情況。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was managed in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.Victoria Park Academy is an IB School that integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies. It immerses Chinese educational traditions with inquiry-based learning. The Academy offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language. All students will be taught by two class teachers, one specializing in Mandarin Chinese and the other in English. The unique curriculum system and the established campus culture aims to combine the educational strengths and urban characteristics of Shenzhen and Hong Kong to cultivate future learners who are caring, driven, daring, and persevering.
