Responsibilities
?Surveillance of all the projects for the stores, frequently visiting the working sites in the different cities of the country
?Monitoring the working process, leading and coordinating all the operations
?Measurement survey and photo reporting for the new opening/restyling of the shops
?Maintenance and facility management of all the premises of the company (stores/warehouses/offices)
?Coordinate all the different type of maintenance:
maintenance requests, accordingly to the shop needs (demand by commercial department)
planned maintenance, to study according the different typology of stores (shopping mall/street shops)
?Research possible local new supplier for store layout/special furnishing/contractors
?Knowledge of the Chinese law of construction field related to retail sector
?Responsible for all the quotation and approval for all technical orders (maintenance/new opening)
?Daily communication with the Italian Technical Department, and different offices involved (purchase office, visual office, franchising office...)

Requirements:
?More than 5 years experience in the project management and architect
?Bachelor or Master degree in related field
?Ability to control project risks
?Ability to control the time, cost, quality, organization and communication within a project
?Good analytical and organisational skills
?Good communication skills internally and externally
?Willing to travel
?Fluent in speaking and written English
