1.負責員工培訓工作：制定員工培訓計劃，負責新員工培訓課件的編寫，并作為培訓師定期進行新員工入職培訓。了解公司不同發展階段的培訓需求，做好外部培訓資源的積累與整合；
2.負責人力資源管理制度的制定與培訓，并督促執行過程；
3.負責各類人力資源數據的匯總，并做好初步分析；
4.員工關系處理；
5.其他人事工作。
任職資格：
1.全日制本科以上學歷，相關經歷3年以上；
2.良好的溝通能力與親和力；
3.與職位匹配的工作責任心與工作熱情。
