1.協(xié)助制定人力資源規(guī)劃，并督促執(zhí)行；
2.協(xié)助建立人力資源各大職能模塊管理體系，并負(fù)責(zé)日常運行；
3.協(xié)助人力資源管理制度的制定，落實培訓(xùn)與實施；
4.負(fù)責(zé)新員工入職培訓(xùn)，包括制定培訓(xùn)計劃、編寫培訓(xùn)課件、落實培訓(xùn)等；
5.負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)注新員工試用期適應(yīng)性及融合性，確保試用期轉(zhuǎn)正率符合公司要求；
6.其他相關(guān)工作。
任職資格：
1.全日制本科學(xué)歷，相關(guān)職位經(jīng)歷3年以上；
2.良好的系統(tǒng)思維能力及口頭表達(dá)能力；
3.擅長PPT制作，具備內(nèi)訓(xùn)師資格尤佳。
