職責描述:
General activities
Carry out the tasks described here below under the responsibility of an experienced engineer for studies linked with new process conceptual design or existing process improvement, in the field of Acrylic monomers.
Participate in process improvement groups, working on subjects that are in line with his/her level of competencies.
Follow up and analyze the plant performances, warn in case of possible deviation and propose solutions.
Provide other entities in the plant with process information (in particular process data and QHSE data).
Contribute to the definition of industrial trials and follow up their progress.
Analyze and help in solving simple technical issues for an equipment, define and follow up the implementation of corresponding modifications, by executing the tasks described hereunder.
Associated tasks :
Provide material and utilities balances
Specify and provide the process design of installations / equipment
Study and design utilities distribution networks.
Draw up PID of installations that are similar to other existing installations. Write the corresponding process descriptions and operating manuals.
Under the supervision of an experienced process engineer, contribute to safety preliminary analysis, and participate in Hazop reviews.
Carry out these activities with respect of basic good practices (track the information and the technical decisions as required) and with the support of all necessary competencies from Arkema China process Engineering network.

Graduate engineer with a specific chemical engineering training.
Good capacity to teamwork. Rigor and good capacity to analyze a situation, interest and capacity to work with the various Arkema Group entities to look for the information that is required to fulfill his mission.
