職位描述
崗位職責:
1. Represents the interest of company HOERBIGER at the defined customers / Key Accounts. Appointee (“Beauftragter”) of the customer within HOERBIGER
2. Responsible for the customer specific requirements. Co-ordinate the total customer activities (if defined as global responsible, than globally otherwise regionally). Fulfil the customer request by considering the possibilities within HOERBIGER
3. Identify potentials at the customer and acquire new projects. Execute RFQ process starting with getting all data from customer incl, drawings, conditions, contracts, timing, volume, etc.)
4. Responsible for creating business case and guide price proposal and for serial price proposals. Do price negotiations and contract negotiations until the contract is ready for signature in agreement with Sales Manager
5. Set-up and maintain good customer relationship
6. Overdue Management with customer (escalation for prototypes and toolings); overdue support for Supply Chain management of plant in escalation issues
7. Follow order of customer and support order processing of plants
8. Receives customer complaints/inquiries, distributes tasks to responsible groups, and coordinates in the whole problem solving process.
9. Collect and record market information so as to gain market intelligence;
10. Make the relevant sales plan (ROP, MRP) and achieve the set sales target. Support for LRP / Strategic Sales / Sales Manager
任職要求:
- University degree majored in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or economic & trading
- Fluent English ,
- PC-Know How (MS Office, SAP)
- QS 9000 / VDA 6
- 36-60 months automobile industry OEM Sales experience of advanced technical products
