職責描述:
1.Team Management
Develop team structure, monitor, motivate, and coach employees to enahce team capability.
Quality stratagy excution, KPI setting& Follow up.
Organize regular review with team to achieve the quality goal.
2. Customer Complaint Preventive and Handling
Responsible for process quality, lead team to identify the quality risk and perform improvement proactively to prevent CCR.
Organize CFT to investigate root cause and take proper action to sovle complained problem; submit 8D report, follow up the action effectiviness and close the 8D timly, in order to improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE
3.Lead COPQ Reduction
Use statistical tools to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and discuss with team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.
In order to control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to contribute cost saving.
4. Process abnormal handling
Daily production process abnomal handling, analysis the quality risk and take reaction in order to ensure the abnormal under control without impacting customer complaint and higher COPQ.
5.CIP
Lead team to identify and follow up the CIP progress and effectiveness, until the problem completely solved.
6.Audit support
Coordinate and support external and internal audits, LPA... communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate in order to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner
任職要求:
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant
2.More than 5 years of working experience in quality assurance and 3 years team management as well, automtive experience is preferred.
3.Familiar with TS16949.
4.Familiar with Molidng/ Plating/ Stamping process is a plus.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
1.Proficient in written and oral english.
2.Good communication skill, ownership, leadership, proactive thinking.
3.Good problem solving skill, 6 sigma, Red-X certified is prefered.
4.Integrity, accountability, self-motivated, logical, team spirit, ability to work under pressure.

TE Connectivity (TE) 中國汽車事業部在中國建有兩個專有生產基地,建筑總面積超過56, 000平方米,共擁有近400條生產線,3300多名員工。主要生產端子、連接器、傳感器、繼電器、中央電器盒、特殊線纜裝配系統、新能源系統、信息娛樂系統、感應系統、線束和套管等產品。
TE中國汽車事業部的這兩個生產基地分別為保稅區內工(“EPZ工廠”)和保稅區外工廠(“NEPZ工廠”),均位于江蘇省蘇州市工業園區。其中,EPZ工廠占地面積為68, 000平方米,于2006年6月落成并投入運營,2012年6月完成二期擴建工程后的總建筑面積近32, 000平方米。目前,EPZ工廠正在規劃三期擴建工程,未來建成后的總建筑面積將達到36,500平方米。
為加大生產,更好地服務本地客戶,TE中國汽車事業部于2007年11月在蘇州工業園區保稅區外設立了NEPZ工廠。2013年7月,NEPZ工廠整體搬遷至位于蘇州工業園區汀蘭巷的新廠區。新廠區占地面積69,000平方米,一期的建筑面積近25, 600平方米。計劃2017年年底前建成二期廠房,屆時NEPZ工廠總建筑面積將達到45, 000平方米。
TE中國汽車事業部的蘇州工廠均具備ISO 9001/ISO/TS 16949質量體系,以及ISO 14001環境管理體系和OHSAS 18001職業健康安全管理體系認證資格。
2015年6月,TE中國汽車事業部的蘇州工廠獲得TE運營優勢(TEOA)四星認證,TEOA是一項在全球集團范圍內推行的計劃,旨在通過應用最佳實踐和流程優化,更好地利用公司最寶貴的資產——人員、工廠、設備,從而達到提高業務績效的目標。TEOA四星認證,表明蘇州EPZ和NEPZ工廠在各方面均達到了卓越的精益生產水平,名列TE全球“明星工廠”之列。
