Degree in engineering (industrial or mechanical / production)

Enough working experience in Auto components or related industry area.

Ability to manage production changes involving equipment, materials and people to meet business needs.

Good communication and presentation skill.

Fluent in English

2、崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibility
Manage production Assembly area for safety, Quality, 5S, productivity, cost/scrap control and process improvement.
管理生產(chǎn)裝配區(qū)域的安全、質(zhì)量、5S、生產(chǎn)效率、成本以及過程改善
?Production Control and Plan (Capacity & Manpower for future production)
生產(chǎn)管理和計(jì)劃(產(chǎn)能、人力安排)
?Daily Production management. Productivity (Output, Line efficiency), Quality of Product, 5S and Line discipline improved
日常生產(chǎn)管理:生產(chǎn)效率(產(chǎn)出、效率)、質(zhì)量、5S和現(xiàn)場紀(jì)律的改進(jìn)
?Control the cost due to the budget (Manpower ,expense)
依據(jù)預(yù)算控制成本(人力、費(fèi)用)
?Monitor corrective actions for Defects on line, Scrap and Customer complaints追蹤現(xiàn)場不良、報(bào)廢及客戶投訴的改善措施是否有落實(shí)
?Maintain monthly Production reports to production manager
?提供運(yùn)行月報(bào)給生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理
?Train the line leaders to ensure they are met the work
培訓(xùn)班長以確保他們能勝任工作
?Other work that Production Manager and Plant Manager arranged
