1. 負責新項目的質量控制計劃，領導多功能團隊和負責PFMEA和控制計劃的實施
Responsible for new project quality plan and control, lead the cross functional team members and implement PFMEA and control plan.
2.負責新項目的先期質量策劃，確保按時提交APQP各階段的質量文件資料和樣件并完成相關工作，組織客戶PPAP資料的提交并獲得客戶批準。Coordinate application engineer new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time"
3.在SOP之前停止計劃項目Process sign off with project team prior to SOP.
4.指導生產過程中的質量控制和相關問題Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
5.各制造節點問題的收集、分析處理及時響應客戶的要求，規避內部控制過程中潛在的質量風險，確保交付客戶合格的產品。Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
6.和車間領導和制造工程師一起進行進行過程審核，分析潛在問題并及時更新控制計劃Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
7.建立過程失效模式分析數據庫。Estabilish data base of PFMEA
8.協助實驗室技術員選擇測試設備和MSA Support lab technician to select the testing equipment & MSA.
9.經常拜訪客戶，處理客戶投訴Visit customer regularly, deal with the customer complains.
任職資格：
1. 5年以上工作經歷，3年汽車行業質量工作經驗
2. 全日制本科學歷，機械、自動化、車輛類專業
3. 英語口語能基本溝通
